I am the only child of an alcoholic father. My family is in denial about his drinking but I think that is because it has been hidden from them. How to I deal with it without hurting or embarrassing my dad? I am the only person he trusts and feels conpfortable around. I don’t want to damage that.

embarrass the hell out of him. If u stop it, look it happend to me twice, they didnt stop when they both reached the age of 30 they died old and lonely. They killed themselves for the amount of time they started to drink, slowly each day they were killin themselves slowly. If u care for him, do what you gotta do. Fùck his feelings, shout, scream, get pišsed. Do it. Good luck

Do any things or human beings have the ability to inflict harm on a word defining a feeling of physical ease, but spelled in a mistaken way?
