I think i have Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD). I've never really like myself and i always look in the mirror to see if my looks will change. I never see any changes and i don't really like myself i just expect it to change when i look in the mirror. its like an addiction. I wish i could change my body. Do i need to seek help?

Old man, you're old, you're fat, you're ugly. Deal with it. I know you can do it!

Don't worry you don't have BDD. If you had BDD your flaws would be either imagined or severely exaggerated. However, in your case you have correctly realized that you look truly repulsive. Your appearance is so vile that any improvement would be as marginal as to render it meaningless. There's no need to seek help. Just kill yourself without leaving a mess
