My therapist is teasing me, she is a beautiful mid-age brunette (reminds me of Nikki Benz). The last session she was wearing a long dress with splits that went all the way up to her high thighs, about mid-session she put her legs up on an ottoman, that is when I noticed she was not wearing any panties. She teased and covered and uncovered throughout the rest of the session. There are just two problems, I am married and I really do need therapy for my PTSD. What do I do?

Just take it a session at a time and see what you want to do, if you think it will cause problems with your wife talk to her first.

Ask yourself is it what you want? If you answer no then you're not being honest wi yourself bc if that was true you would have alredy reported her and left to another therapist

She does not sound very professional. If you truly want to receive help for PTSD then I recommend finding another therapist. Your best bet is a psychologist who specializes in that area of expertise. If you value your relationship with your wife you will stop seeing this woman and sharing intimate details about your life with her. Remember, it is very easy to give into lust but the reprocutions can change your life forever.
