The peasant races have weighed America down like an anchor. America went from the first airplane to setting foot on the moon in less than one person's lifetime. Following that same technological trajectory, Americans would have been well on their way to colonizing other planets by now if not fettered with the self-imposed obligation of feeding, housing, clothing, healing and educating millions of 3rd World peasants 24/7/365, not to mention fighting their wars for them.

how old R u? The US gave up the national goal of bases on the moon & mars by 1970, before the last apollo missions.. and it wasn't just AMERICA IN SPACE, there was Russia. They had the same goals and they let them go too! Neither change had to do with legal or illegal immigration, the upswing in illegals wasn't until mid 1990s
