This is an opinion question. My parents are on the wealthy side and my sister is about to turn 16, takes all honors classes, 3 ap classes, and it dual enrolled for college in highschool, she also works 20 hours a week. My parents still do not think she deserves a nice car even though she does so much, they want to get her a 7,000 car even though her efforts are so high. Is this fair?

Lol i am older and don't even get a car from my parents. But yeah, it is not fair for a parent to create a child knowing they can't give what they desire. But as long as your sister likes it, i don't see much problems in it. You can still buy a decent car with it 7000.

It's very fair. You can buy a nice car for that much.
