Full fat Greek yoghurt βœ…... two small handfuls frozen raspberries and blueberries βœ…... almond πŸ₯› milk βœ… couple tsp sugar in the raw βœ…... blast that in blender under smoothie category and viola! Dinner. Do go on to add two tbls chia seeds annnnd enjoy!! 😊 so good and so powerful.. ☺️
