I think I have anxiety and depression, but I can't go to a doctor to get a diagnosis since I'm younger than 18 and my parents don't believe me. I can't sleep anymore and it's affecting my schoolwork which makes me worry even more. I want to talk to a therapist but like I said before, my parents don't listen everytime I try to open up about it, which is really hard to do.

My advice is to find something you like to do (it can be a sport, drawing, reading, music... literally anything that calms you and brings you peace) and you can do it every day. Find something that makes you happy. It will probably get easier with time. I wish you all the best! Good luck :) (BTW this is the rest of the last message)

I've been dealing with anxiety and depression, but at different stages of my life. If your parents really dont want to talk about it with you, I suggest that you go to school psychologist. You can talk to them but you probably wont get a prescription. Dont rush just to get a diagnosis, its just a stupid piece of paper, and you are not defined by it. My advice
