Two years ago, I was in a toxic relationship. During that time I had done something really bad in order to please my boyfriend. Now a friend is asking me to convince their friend who is getting involved with him to stay away from him. He's a very spiteful person and I'm afraid he'll tell my current boyfriend or my friends of my actions from the past. What should I do?

I’m no expert, but I think the best thing here is to weigh your options. Are you ashamed of your past actions? Will your current boyfriend be upset? If so, I feel like you should tell the friend through an anonymous way. Let them know how horrible he is without revealing who you are. Find a way to make it extremely difficult for the ex to find out it was you.
