Sometimes just sitting alone in a room talking or crying to yourself is helpful. Just talk about why you think you have anxiety or depression. If you are really scared, go talk to a really nice teacher or counselor. I know that’s hard to talk to someone but sometimes, it’s for the best.

You know that you have to speak to someone about it. Just talking can make you feel better. And you need to find out if its just anxiety or its depression or both.
